Exceeded Expectations!

Wow, what a fantastic VRBO. My husband and I spent 6 weeks at the condo with my recently retired parents and small dog Walter. After their experience at the condo, they are seriously considering moving to Florida. The ceiling-to-floor windows overlooking the pond and country club we’re breathtaking. The unit was very clean and well-maintained. Chip was the best host. He kept us informed and ask how it could improve our experience regularly. The other people living in the unit were friendly. We made great friends. The location was perfect and easy to get in and out of. Book this unit!! You will not regret it.

Why they chose this property

We were not interested in the high rise condominiums that lack personality and coziness. What attracted us to Princeton Place was the lush landscaping, all the amenities, nature, and the boater's lifestyle.

What makes this property unique

Tarpon Cove Yacht and Racquet Club has reciprocal arrangements with various golf clubs, a fantastic chef, pool bar, and plenty of dock space for a boat. All of this on a single property creates a truly unique quality of life, even for Naples
