Basement suite. 1400 square feet with large theater with surround sound, pool table, bar and games. Full bath with tub and shower. For your comfort we offer a king size bed and a pull out couch. Overlooking the golf course is a gorgeous deck with electric barbecue. No kitchenette. Driveway parking. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.
Community pool, tennis courts and basketball court. No smoking in suite, outdoor smoking is allowed.
