disgusting condition, hard hat and gloves needed

I have stayed in Villars dozens of times over the years...2nd time this summer, 1st and LAST time at this location...1st negative review i have ever given...Inside of apt. as pictured. Nothing really different ...I always choose a place with a balcony with views as it is where i spend a lot of time. Balcony looked great in pictures. It was in disgusting shape when i arrived. Arrived at night and balcony has no outdoor light. Stepped out on balcony and placed hand on railing which not being able to see wrapped a around a huge piece of moss growing on center balcony railing to my sad surprise..Turns out all of the large balcony railings were covered with moss and peeling paint...In the morning being able to see clearly, there were paint chips on balcony floor and approx. 30% of the balcony ceiling was peeling away, huge portions were peeling....This is a quality home being represented by VRBO & Interhome ??...this had to be going on for at least 6 months , constantly getting in worse shape....NOT WHAT WAS PICTURED OR ADVERTISED !!...doesn't anyone check these rentals to see what shape they are in ?...sitting on the balcony i could watch paint chips falling every now and then onto balcony floor...Be careful of eating or drinking out there ..Why wasn't this reported by cleaning staff ?....Sitting in the apt. looking out you could not help seeing the balcony roof and the moss/peeling railings....THIS NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN RENTED IN THE CONDITION IT WAS IN. SHAME ON THE GREEDY MGR

Logement agréable bien équipé , très belle vue. Ensoleillé fin d’après midi, hélas très bruyant ( circulation sur la route à proximité et surtout un train qui siffle des 6 heures du matin !! Dommage!!!un bémol: bureau inter home pas sur place!!!!complique!!!

Équipe interhome géniale/Propreté Nul

5e année que je loue cet appartement. Appartement bien situé. Mais : Ménage déplorable, poils, cheveux, poussière, trognon de poire moisie à côté de la poubelle... J’ai dû refaire le ménage moi même. Linge de lit avec poils et cheveux. Dégoûtant. Serviette de bain sales. Interhome doit revoir la qualité de ses prestataires qui n’est absolument pas en adéquation avec la qualité. Équipe interhome agréable et professionnelle pour son accueil.

Wir haben uns im Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Es ist gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Da wir mit öffentlichen Transportmitteln an- und abreisten, war die Organisation der Übernahme und der Abgabe allerdings suboptimal. Man muss die Schlüssel in einem 2.5 km entfernten Büro abholen und zurückbringen, was wegen dem Gepäck beschwerlich ist. Wir haben nicht verstanden, wieso die Schlüssel nicht in einem per Code zugänglichen Kästchen im Hause selber übernommen werd...

Logement méritant un bon rafraîchissement. Luminaires d'un autre temps. Cuisine très minimaliste (1 seul verre à pied). Table de balcon vétuste (séchoir en mauvais état). Télévision fonctionne de manière aléatoire; l'agence a dû venir 2 fois durant le séjour. Prix trop élevé pour la prestation.

Très bon séjour au Bristol A54

Positif: Appartement confortable et généreux, bien placé à 500m du centre de Villars et de la gare, magnifique vue, arrêt de bus en face de l'immeuble, petite piscine et sauna, très bon wi-fi. Négatif: cuisine un peu minimale, alarme très sensible et très bruyante, bruyant car au bord de la route.
