Die Lage der Ferienwohnwohnung ist wirklich super, mit tollem Blick von den Balkonen auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Die Parkplatzsituation ist an schönen Tagen etwas angespannt, da die Ferienwohnung nicht über einen eigenen Parkplatz verfügt. Die Wohnung verfügt über ausreichend Platz, das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist komfortabel, besonders an Tagen, an denen der Aufenthalt draußen wetterbedingt eingeschränkt möglich ist. Das Badezimmer könnte ein Upgrade vertragen, ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Reisezeit im Oktober können wir sehr empfehlen, die Ruhe und die fast menschenleeren Strände haben uns überzeugt.

Schöne kleine Unterkunft mit 2 Balkonen. Die Matratzen waren sauber und in Ordnung. Die Toilette dürfte mal einen neuen WC Sitz vertragen und das Bad könnte mal frisch gestrichen werden.

appartement vieillissant

cet appartement aurait besoin d'être mieux entretenu. Les équipements d'origine à savoir le réfrigérateur et les plaques électriques sont bonnes à changer. En ce qui concerne le réfrigérateur, impossible de régler la température le thermostat est cassé soit il congèle soit il dégèle...... La télévision mise à disposition ne fonctionne pas non plus, on a le son mais pas d'image???? Pour ce qui est de la batterie de cuisine, les poeles sont bonnes à jeter et les casseroles sont un peu petites

prestations pas du tout au top. Meubles abimes vaisselle abîmée plein de points négatifs. Soyons un peu positif apparemment bien situé et bonne literie. Vu le prix de la location les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur.

Bel appartement mais vaisselle dépareillée, pas de protection sur matelas et oreillers, réfrigérateur et lave vaisselle ont fait leur temps et fonctionnent mal... table en verre pas pratique dans une salle à manger....

Sehr schöne Lage, jedoch

Positiv: - Schöne Lage, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand - Große, helle Wohnung - Zwei kleine Balkone Negativ: - Wohnung abgewohnt, z.T. schmutzig - Wolldecken für Betten sehr alt und nicht sauber (Bettwäsche war sauber) - Sehr schmutzige Balkontüren/Glas Wohnung sollte eine Grundreinigung bekommen, es gibt Bereiche, die seit Jahren nicht gereinigt wurden in Bad und Küche. Tagesdecke und Wolldecken auf den Betten sollten erneuert und dann regelmäßig gereinigt werden. Dann TOP!

Très bon séjour mais...

Appartement spacieux et tout confort mais sale à notre arrivée ( WC, salle de bain, vaisselle, sol et bouton de réglage du frigo HS). Après remarque à l'agence c'est le propriétaire de la location qui l'avait occupé en dernier donc pas de ménage... Très bon emplacement près de la mer, quartier très agréable, calme
