L'appartement est propre, très calme et très bien situé en plein centre ville. Joli terrasse avec soleil le matin, mais beaucoup de vis a vis. Nous avons séjourné avec notre bébé, tout l'équipement nécessaire était présent : lit, matelas, chaise haute, baignoire, un vrai plus! Le parking fermé est appréciable mais il n'est pas entretenu (déchet et mauvaise odeur) et des personnes extérieures à la résidence s'y gare puisque le portail met beaucoup de temps à se refermer, c'est dommage. Le service de remise et dépôt de clé est super et permet de gérer son heure arrivée/départ en toute autonomie. Je recommande.

Très content de notre location , exposition parfaite (le soleil le matin et l'ombre l'après midi). Appartement situé en cour intérieure , vis à vis très peu gênant .Location à 2mn des commerces en bas de rue 5mn du port et des restaurants.

Séjour à Sète centre

Joli appartement avec quelques déceptions. la terrasse n'avait pas été nettoyée, canapé lit impraticable, frigidaire trop petit, linge pas adapté à la capacité décrite de 4personnes. Mais la décoration, l'emplacement ainsi que le parking dans la résidence sont très appréciables.

L'appartement est très bien situé, très proche du centre ville. L'immeuble est moderne et propre. Nous avons été accueillis par Sandrine, très sympathique et arrangeante. Tout était conforme à la description. Merci.
