The villa was beautiful and in a perfect location, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. It was so clean!! Everything was well stocked; we lacked nothing. The outside area looked like it came out of a magazine and was gorgeous!

Home interior was great for our party of four, nice large kitchen with an island to prep for cooking and large table for dining and work. The back yard pool felt like an oasis and our friends we shared a photo with thought we were at a resort. Perfect escape from the beach which is quite hot during the middle of the day. We hit the beach early and then came back to pool by noon for lunch and relaxing in the pool. The shade from all the landscaping was perfect. Location is great, just a few blocks walk to Jenny’s for coffee and baked treats, then another block to the beach.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The kids had a blast at the pool and a short walk to the beach. The hosts provided everything we needed from beach towels down the shampoo and conditioner. We suggest maybe an outdoor couch under the covered outdoor bar but other than that, we would 100% stay again!

Amazing beach stay

This little beach house was great. The backyard/pool area was a tropical private paradise. It was a short walk to the beach for relaxing or catching the sunset. Would recommend staying here!

Perfect cozy cottage

We loved our stay! The pool/backyard was perfect! We have come to AMI for seven summers and have stayed at all types of homes and different locations. We loved the location and size of pool. It was very relaxing.
