Get ready to enjoy your respite at this newly renovated lake front condo conveniently located near all that Hot Springs has to offer. 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has ensuite tub/shower, king bed, slider to one of 2 decks, 50" TV. Gourmet kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, granite. Relaxing living room overlooking lake, 55" TV, fireplace. Washer and dryer. On top floor, 18 steps from car to condo. Hilly property.
Covered parking, community pool, tennis court. (Pool usually closes Oct 1) There is no direct access to lake except by boat. Covered boat slip available from March 10 to November 5 only.

Fabulous Place

The location was perfect especially if you have a small boat or pontoon you need to dock in their covered slip. HOSTESS WAS SO WONDERFUL AND ACCOMODATING.

Comfortable clean condo in great location

We stayed in this condo over the 4th weekend. There were two adult couples and we were all very comfortable. The condo is on the lake and the morning views were lovely.

Best Vrbo experience

This place was beautiful inside and out! Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the water in the morning and evening. The hosts were quick to answer questions and were the kindest people we have worked with. The location is only 15-20 minutes from anything you want to do! We loved it!

Great Getaway Weekend

My husband and I spent a short weekend at the condo and it was perfect. Great sunsets, clean condo, and freshly renovated. Pictures of the condo are accurate. We agreed we would stay at this condo again if we visit Hot Springs in the future.

We have stayed in many condos but this one far exceeded my expectations. It is super clean and has everything that you could possibly need. Quiet and beautiful area!! We felt safe and comfortable. Owners are very communicative. We will be staying there again in the near future!

So clean and beautiful.

Everything was just great. The condo had everything we needed for our short stay. It is on the top floor so no one disturbed us. The views were great and most convenient to downtown (about 10 mins) Can't wait to come back this summer for a longer stay!!!

Comfort, Communication & Decor - Outstanding

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely weekend at this lakefront property. The top floor condo has everything you need. The owners have thought of all the details: comfortable beds and living room sofa, large attractive dining table, fridge with ice maker, keyless entry, two balconies with comfortable furniture to relax on - the list goes on and on. Outstanding hospitality and excellent communication from the hosts from start to finish. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Beautiful and relaxing

The condo was decorated so lovely. It was perfect for a girls trip (except I could live without the clown picture😉). The view off the veranda was perfect. It was like a picture postcard. It had everything we could want or need. The plates on the top shelf were a little high for vertically people but we managed. I hope to come back and bring my husband.

Lots of hills/ steps

The property is great, very quite complex and view of the lake is perfect. We knew that we would have stairs up and down to the condo but did not realize that the entire property is on a steep hill. There really isn't any "flat" area. Good exercise for us.

Great Condo for Any Occasion

This was a beautifully renovated condo. Check in and check out was a breeze. We didn't need to communicate at all with owners. The view was spectacular! Although we were in the area for a girls weekend of spa and relaxation along bathhouse row, this condo was in an excelkent locatiin just minutes away from all of the activity. This place would be amazing to also bring or rent a boat and spend time on the water. The cons would be a very small primary bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay on Lake Hamilton!

Quiet, peaceful mornings drinking coffee on the deck overlooking Lake Hamilton just made our stay in Hot Springs. We enjoyed watching the woodpeckers, cardinals and mockingbirds in the trees. This 2 bedroom condo in a woodsy lake setting was well appointed with super nice beds, lots of pillows and excellent bed linens. The living room with huge and comfy sectional sofa, pillows and large smart tv allowed us to rest up from our 3 day drive to visit our family and play tourist in my old hometown! We had everything we needed in the kitchen with large dining table and nice stoneware dishes for cooking family meals. We can’t say enough nice things but most of all appreciated the responsiveness of management and ease of check in. Thanks again for the great stay!

Mother's 70th Birthday Trip

For my mother's 70th birthday, she wanted to take a trip back to Hot Springs. From booking to check-out, this condo exceeded our expectations, providing us a nice retreat to wind down each day after exploring. The balcony offered us with a great place for our morning coffee while planning the day. And each evening we sat at the generous dining table playing games. Far more seating than we are accustomed to having while traveling. While we didnt use the kitchen to actually cook (it was my holiday, too) it was thoroughly stocked with everything one would need. I will absolutely check availability at this location before looking at any other properties on a return visit.
