The spacious holiday home Ca'n Pedro is located in a quiet residential area, only 5 minutes' walk from the long sandy beach of Sa Coma. The house with its 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living-dining area offers space on 180 m2 for up to 8 people. Enjoy the wonderfully quiet location of the house on the private terrace with a glass of Mallorcan red wine. The spacious kitchen with dining table invites to communal cooking. On the property there is a newly designed private pool.

Other features of the house include amenities such as a television with a German satellite. TV, DVD player, wireless internet access, a washing machine, iron and kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, new stove with ceramic hob and a large fridge with separate freezer. In addition, you can easily park on the property.

Despite the quiet location of the house, can be found in the vicinity supermarkets, bars & restaurants, a pharmacy, two medical centers (24 hrs. Service), several car rental, a tennis and sports complex and a bank. Especially nice is an evening stroll on the beach promenade of Sa Coma along, with its bars and restaurants.

The house is also well suited as a seminar house or for sport group trips.

My little piece of heaven on earth

We loved our stay at Pedro’s,we have been going to Sa Coma for 15 years and love it but to stay in a villa with your own pool is a step up.

Trevligt hus nära stranden

Ett hus som har det mesta. Kanske inte det finaste lyxigaste huset. Men efter en vecka kom vi på att det hade det mesta. Vi grillade och hade trevliga middagar hemma medans barnen badade i poolen. Ligger väldigt bra. Nära strand och liten supermarket. Vi är nöjda!

Super schönes Haus, HAMMER Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr gross, sauber und sehr schön wie waren 2 Familien und hatten sehr viel Platz. Es war rundum ein super Service, der Pool wurde alle 3 Tage kontrolliert und gereinigt auch bei einem Anliegen wurde sehr schnell reagiert wirklich TOP. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, 5 MInuten zu Fuss vom Strand entfernt, 2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt hat es einen kleinen Einkaufsladen. Der Pool war sehr schön und gross, es war einfach alles perfekt es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub mal anders

Seit der Buchung wurden wir toll betreut! Simone und Pedro haben uns tolle Restaurants empfohlen, waren immer ansprechbar und super nett! Das Haus ist zentral gelegen, aber dennoch ruhig (sofern das unter „Corona-Bedingungen“ zu beurteilen ist). Die Bäder sind neu, die Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles notwendige vorhanden. Wenn etwas fehlte, hat Pedro sich umgehend darum gekümmert. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und es gab auch immer ein schattiges Plätzchen zum Ausruhen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Ein bezaubernder Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus hat uns vom ersten Moment an mit seinem mediterranen Flair begeistert. Die Gegend ist ruhig und man kann hier so richtig die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Haus ist recht geräumig und bietet genug Platz. Die Terrasse ist ideal, um draußen zu frühstücken oder auch mal abends länger draußen zu sitzen. Trotz der Ruhe ist man aber nicht komplett ab vom Schuss, sondern kann in ein paar Minuten per pedes den Strand oder die Promenade mit diversen Geschäften oder Bars erreichen. Zudem waren die Vermieter total sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke!
