Beau bungalow mais cafards
Le logement est magnifique et bien conforme aux photos. Nous avons bien pu profiter du jacuzzi.
Cependant, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de tomber sur des cafards (surprenant vu le prix de la location), qui selon le propriétaire vont et viennent par temps de pluie et du fait du sa localisation dans un jardin. Cela nous a empêché de profiter pleinement de l'expérience.
Une femme de ménage est venue pulvériser un insecticide et refaire le ménage le lendemain.

Chère Clara,
nous sommes sincèrement navrés que votre court séjour chez nous ai été gâché.
De façon occasionnelle il peut y avoir en Martinique ce qu’on appelle des « volées de ravais ». Ce n’est absolument pas en lien avec notre maison ou notre jardin, ça peut se produire partout en Martinique, en ville comme à la campagne. Ça ne dure généralement pas longtemps et ça ne signe pas un problème de saleté des lieux. Les insectes viennent de l’extérieur et repartent rapidement. Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez subi ce phénomène pendant votre séjour et je suis certaine que si vous étiez resté un peu plus longtemps vous auriez pu vous rendre compte que c’est totalement exceptionnel.
Nous avons tout fait pour intervenir au plus vite mais nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas contrer des phénomènes naturels surtout sur une île tropicale.
Nous regrettons que vous nous ayez aussi sévèrement noté pour un phénomène qui ne dépend pas de nous et face auquel nous avons tout fait pour vous accompagner au mieux.

Excellent sejour dans ce bungalow au sein d'un magnifique jardin privé à contempler tranquillement depuis le jacuzzi. Bel accueil par les propriétaires avec un Ti-punch offert. Proche du centre du Diamant.
