Welcome! To Your New Home Away from Home! Pictures pretty much say it all. come stay at this beautiful 2600sf single story home. Well taken care of, professionally cleaned, and very functional. This property is also allowed* 4 Children Age 6 and under in addition to the 10 adults. This is a Legal registered STVR so no worries of having your reservation canceled for this reason.

No parties or events may be held at this home no additional people are allowed on property other than those listed on the reservation! We understand Las Vegas is known as Sin City and the party capital of the US. We ask that you don’t mistreat the space so that others may enjoy it in the future as well.
- We ask that you keep it respectful to our friendly neighbors and keep the noise down after 9 PM in public area's under 60 Db (driveway/pool area)
- Smoking.... Smoking and Vaping is permitted outside ONLY!. Please take care of your own dishes. clean them, put them back If you choose not too that is fine however an extra charge of $50 for additional housekeeping services will apply.*-Adding People, Adding additional people after you have an Accepted booking is $50 per person .unless you notify us the same day you booked holidays & special events may be more . Honesty is the Best policy!! If you are seen "sneaking people in" You will be charged $75 per person for every night on your reservation regardless if they stayed one night or ten. Please be honest with me!! late checkout is 40$ per hour, unless communicated to your host previously! we have A tight schedule to keep and prefer rules be followed. If you are staying in the Las Vegas retreat II we limit hot tub use to two hours per day per reservation. heating of the pool is additional price and Adjusted temperature will depend on the time of year, pool and hot tub hours of use are between 8 AM and 10pm We have a strict cancellation policy please make sure your dates and group size are accurate in your request/booking once your reservation is confirmed unless you have communicated a potential cancellation request that's already been approved by us. We reserve the right to decline Alterations. We enforce our strict policies and will likely decline requests to remove dates from your reservation. We assume no responsibility for injuries or thefts on the property. -Booking with Children Under 18- Children are welcome but please control them. Communication is Key! please let me know what time you plan to arrive thank you..

Wedding Trip!

The house was perfect! Room for everybody and met our needs perfectly! The house is located in a great quiet neighborhood but still close to everything! It was great to escape the rush of the strip back to the peace and quiet! Host was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had! Would stay here again!

The house was lovely, super clean with a ton of space. Checkout process was the easiest we’ve ever had. The owner was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay despite the VRBO app not working. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Home

We had a terrific stay at this beautiful home. The home was located in a safe, and convenient location to many of Las Vegas attractions, and airport. The pool, hot tube and the landscaping were all well maintained. The house had many extras (pool table, gaming consoles, and a TV in every room., Great for a family vacation. Shelby was a great host, and I would recommend this home to anyone for a very enjoyable retreat.

Sooo much room!

This rental has it all! Very spacious , comfortable beds, large kitchen and living room. Shelby , the owner, was very easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is one of the nicest ones we’ve stayed in Las Vegas. Very clean, safe and quiet. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again !

The place was roomy, the pool was lovely, location was quiet and away from the chaos. Was a perfect place to stay with 8 adults who wanted to explore the strip but come back and just chill. There were several things I needed to contact the property manager about and they were very responsive. We had no issues and it was a very pleasant stay.

An Amazing Gateway

Mr.Shelby was a great host, was always very responsive when questions were asked , really great communication. The neighborhood was wonderful quiet and great nearby stores and very close to the strip. The house was clean and very well kept. The only thing that could use an upgrade is the pool and hot tub both need new flooring but everything else about this house was amazing. We will be back.

The house and neighborhood it’s nice but needs lots of improvements! 1.- clean the house 2.- get rid of the locks for the thermostat. (It feels like am staying for free at the house and it’s take it or leave and the bedrooms get real hot) 3.- get rid of the two cameras by the pool. (It feels weird not knowing who’s looking at the cameras and if am paying rent it’s my house) 5.- don’t listed with garage if no one can use it because it’s full of stuff! I won’t stay at this place!

Golf trip

The host was great, very responsive, loved that the house was large enough for our group of 5. Loved that the master room had its own a/c controls because my husband is a polar bear. Great amenities and things to do at the house. Easy access to food, golf clubs, shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed well maintained, safe. The biggest issue we had was it smelled of weed when we first walked in which the host was very quick to respond and offered things to help with the smell. Once we were there a for a bit we noticed how dirty everything really was, the vents have about an inch thick layer of accumulated dust. Both sinks in the main bathroom didn't drain well. I never used the other bathrooms so unsure if those drained. The water pressure was amazing though. The pool is very rough so be careful a few of us got cut/scraped. Otherwise we really enjoyed having a hot tub on the property. If we knew the property was in better shape/cleaned up we would stay there again in the future but not in its current state.

Property needs TLC, Kitchen pans were not even usable and normal standard items not available or stocked. No standard items such as toilet paper, saran wrap. We had to buy these items. Stains in carpet. Pool heater and hot tub quit working early Friday morning and did not get fixed until Saturday afternoon. We disagree on the amount that should be reimbursed for this and I have still not received anything in the form of a refund. There is a pool table but it is in poor shape and the poolsticks are terrible. TV/internet service was not good and often shut down or stopped mid-movie or show. Beds aren't very comfortable. All in all, could have been better.

Family vacation in Las Vegas

Everything was great the house was great the owner was awesome my family had a good time the pool was clean we had a pool table also a football table which wasn't in the picture but that's a plus I would recommend this place to anybody!

The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our family. Location of property was excellent. The house could have been a little cleaner being there is a cost for cleaning. Would definitely stay again.
