Nice property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property meets our needs and it is located where we like to stay. Some of the features were not working properly in the apartment side. There were insects in the main house. Other than that it was great.

Everything was amazing and the house is beautiful, but two of the bedrooms are connected and not really private. Still worked ok for our group.

Beautiful Location

Our family enjoyed our week’s stay. The house easily accommodated our group of ten with all the amenities we needed. The view of the mountains was incredible and the deer in the area was an added bonus. The house is within easy driving distance of Ridgway, Ouray, Telluride and points south on the Million Dollar Highway. We highly recommend this property.

The house and yard are beautiful!!

We loved everything, but if you need 5 enclosed bedrooms, there are only 4, the fifth is an open area, that is the only reason for the 4 star rating, very good communication with the owners.

The Best Mountain House with a View!

This house was amazing, we had 4 couples staying here to SxS in Ouray! It was a great size so everyone had plenty of room with an extra large kitchen! Beautifully updated and very comfortable! The parking was great with a big circle drive that held all our trucks & trailers with SxS’s, easy in & out! The View was incredible, you felt like you were on top of the world, so enjoyable for morning coffee & evening sunsets! We will definitely recommend this property for this area!

Beautiful, clean, no A/C-only the summer breeze

Beautiful location and cozy community areas. The mountain breeze was fabulous and it would be nice if some of the windows were not spray foamed closed. There is NO A/C and the condo side got a bit stuffy with 85°F in june. We loved how most rooms had access to their own bathrooms♡

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We really appreciate the feedback as we always want to continue to improve our guests' experience. The windows work and they crank out and close with ease. However, as you mentioned, the deck door is sealed right now because it has failed and we sealed it until we are able to get it replaced. The new doors arrive and will be installed on 7/19 & 20th of 2022. We have added a cooling system since your stay so thank you for bringing the temperature of the condo to our attention so we could provide a better resolution :) It was such a pleasure to host you and we hope you come stay with us again soon!

We enjoyed the house! The only problem we had was the 2nd house was posted as a 2nd bedroom but it is only a bed in an open area, no door! But everything else was great! The kitchen was fully stocked! We will rent this house again!

Amazing views

We all very much enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for 10 adults. The house was spotless on arrival. It is beautiful and the location is away from the noise of town. It is a little bit of a trek to get to from town but we didn’t mind. This rental actually does have enough dishes and seating room for the amount of people that it hosts, which was a really nice surprise. The biggest downside was that none of the patio furniture was actually on the patio when we arrived as in the picture.

We understand your disappointment about the patio furniture not being out upon your arrival. We had put it away in anticipation of the winter season. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’re always looking for ways to improve the experience for our guests. We hope to welcome you back in the future!

Mountains tour

Beautiful place, fantastic views. This property had everything we would have wanted or needed. We were a group of 4 couples and one single and no one was disappointed. It was a great central location for us to visit Durango, Silverton, Montrose, Telluride, etc and we did them all including Colorado National Park near Grand Junction. What a gem that was ! The road up to the house was interesting but it posed no problem and we were on Motorcycles. The inside parking was much appreciated.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful place to have our family meet for our daughters wedding. The home was fantastic as well as the wonderful views. The only issue we had was that neither of the vacuums worked and we are very particular about keeping a residence clean. We would definitely recommend anyone wishing to stay in the area consider this home.
