The owners.. very nice and accommodating people :) - A few items were listed on the website that didn''t exist.. for example; Air conditioning... there was NONE. A baby crib was requested and they did not have one waiting for us when we arrived. I had to ask for one, and they provided us with a mattress. The freezer and dishwasher wasn''t working. They didn''t even provide us with some essentials in the kitchen (for example, dish soap would have been nice, along with paper towels). I believe the website also said there was satellite TV... we only had one channel, and it took us a long time to figure out how to turn it on. I wasn''t too pleased to find out that the house was on a hill, It was very difficult for us to bring our toddler up and down all the time.
