Within walking distance are great restaurants/bars (Bonfire All you can eat buffet, Dough Roller, and Dead Freddy's), mini golf, bowling, shopping, marina, watersports (kayaking, waterskiing, paddle boarding) and night life. It is fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, microwave, and central air.

The first floor offers a spacious garage and parking pad (3 car parking) with large storage space for all your beach gear. As you walk into the house there is the first master suite with its own full private bathroom. On the second floor you can enjoy huge gourmet kitchen( serving 15) with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, Spacious living room with flat screen TV, cable, all high end furnishings (including a queen sleeper sofa) and accessories are found throughout the house. On the third floor, you will find three spacious bedroom. Master Bedroom offers two full size bed (sleeps 4), along with a private bath with double sink vanity and shower. Bedroom 1 has a full on full bunk bed with a twin trundle (sleep 5). Bedroom 2 has a queen bed (sleep 2).

Good location for our golf vacation. As little as 10minites and no more than a half hour from all the courses we played.The house was clean and all we needed for this trip. My only concern was with the 1st floor bedroom. The air vent sounded like a jet engine and the bed was not as comfortable as I would like. All in all, I would recommend this property and stay here again.

Wonderful stay

This was our second year in a row staying here for a cheerleading competition and it was perfect. Super clean and they were flexible with extending our check out time a bit for our second day of competing which is a huge plus! Would definitely rent this same unit next February!

Perfect location

Centrally located to everything and in a quit area. We enjoyed the beach without having to deal with the boardwalk crowds. Tried a couple of the local restaurants and had a great time.

Down by the bay condo was very clean and the space was great for a stay of 4 adults and 4 kids. The location seemed great and easy access to all things beach related. We stayed in the winter so didn’t utilize any of the beach amenities. A few things to note to improve the guest experience- the description of bed sizes were not accurate in the listing and since we had to provide linens this caused issues with bedding not fitting. The downstairs master room and bedroom was about 10 degrees colder than other floors and was generally freezing (again this was winter so may not be an issue in summer). A space heater or fixing the heating ducts should be of priority. The bed mattresses are in desperate need of pillow tops. Standardizing the kitchenware with even cheap IKEA plates, cups, real wine glasses would do wonders to make the kitchenware more cohesive as it’s a bit of a mish mash currently. The condo was VERY clean, easy to access and close to the beach and we did enjoy our stay.

Great Place!!

House is in a great location, easy to get to, was clean, and met our needs perfectly. I would suggest changing the information about the beds though because it's not a twin bunk bed and with having to bring your own sheets, it left us without having proper fitting sheets for the bunk bed.

Great location and property

There was plenty of space for 6 adults and 6 kids under 4. The listing was as described and the house had plenty of kitchen essentials. Close to plenty of places for food and fun! Plenty of parking and the pool is close. The beach was close too! Communication with seller was efficient and check in/out process was easy. We had a blast!

My family came down to celebrate a birthday. Townhouse was spacious enough for 10 adults. We had everything we needed and communication with owner was great! Clean and cozy in a perfect location. We all had a nice time creating priceless memories! Thank you!

Cheerleading Stay

My family, as well as two other families stayed in this home for a cheerleading event in the area. House is very clean and had a lot of accommodations. The master bedroom was perfect for the kids that had to get ready for their day, other bedrooms were very small, but we made it work. The host also allowed us to check out at 12, rather than 10 to accommodate our schedule, which is very nice.

We came to OC for a youth/children’s conference. The house was as listed; however, we were disappointed that the bathroom trash cans had not been emptied and the sinks had not been cleaned.

Overall, pretty good.

It is a nice house, but I was very disappointed in how small most of the bedrooms were with very little space to be able to put clothes away and out of suitcase. The bedrooms definitely look WAY bigger in online pictures than what they really are. We did not pay for linen services but a couple hand towels in kitchen and bathrooms would have been nice. The bottom level tends to be overly cold, while the uppermost level tends to get very warm, especially at night. But overall, it was a nice stay and a quick walk to the beach.

Needs help

It was overall clean. When we checked in, it smelled like someone had just been there and sprayed some kind of air freshener. Then as time went on, we smelled a musty smell on the first floor all weekend. The bed and bed frame made noise every time someone moved so you constantly woke up your spouse or was woken up. There is mildew on the ceiling around the vent in the first floor bedroom. The bathroom did not have a floor mat, so the floor got wet right outside the shower. The door would not latch closed. The microwave did not stay closed so you had to hold it closed in order to use it. The shower on the third floor did not work properly. You could not pull the lever up to get full water pressure from shower head.
