With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Great Time wiith Family!

Nice place but the parking was a little challenging. Hallways smelled of pot at times which was odd since it was supposedly a nonsmoking property. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Bring your own TP and be careful with the lip on the balcony.

Bring your own TP. You’ll thank me later. Also, my mom fell and got a very bad bruised swollen knee and a black eye and a cut where her glasses broke when she hit the floor. Be careful!

We loved that everything was clean. The room rates were very reasonable compared to some of the others we looked at. Free breakfast buffet across the street at a local restaurant. The food was great. We also had a chance to play putt for free. Free show tickets. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be staying there again.
