This updated home located in the awesome city of Lake Havasu. Located 2.8 miles from Windsor State Park w/boat launch. As well as 3.6 miles miles away from London Bridge. New park Dick Samp Park located 1 mile away w/pickle ball courts a play ground as well as baseball fields. The nearby London Bridge is popular for boating and swimming. Downtown Havasu, about 3 miles away, is a quaint village setting with eateries, breweries and shops. We hope your stay makes memories.

Great location!!!

This property surpassed our expectations. There was plenty of room for our family. Well stocked and the open floor plan was nice and easy to entertain while cooking. The beds were very comfortable and the spacious walk-in showers made it easy to rinse off after a long day on the lake. Tammy, was wonderful! Not only was she responsive, she provided us information where to best launch our boat. She even went far as helping us out when our boat stopped working on the lake. She gave us her boat mechanics info and a FB page to visit for boaters. She was so helpful. We will definitely be back again.

Lake havasu birthday vacation

My family of 4 and a friends family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Very easy to communicate with the owner and check in/out was easy. We also had room to park the boat/truck. Definitely recommend staying here. We will for sure stay again!!!

Beautiful newly renovated house

The house was beautifully renovated with an open floor plan home. We were able to come back from a day on the lake and comfortably hang out. Can't wait to come back.

Great Home and close to launch ramp!

This property impressed us from the time we walked in. Very clean and very well stocked. Loved that it was just a 5 min drive to Windsor launch ramp, Grocery store and gas station. Very convenient to lots of local restaurants as well.
