Duplex apartment, nice mountain view, good exposure, balcony, private outdoor parking space, on the 2nd floor of a quiet residence on the heights of Cauterets. No lift.

Living room with an open kitchen: hob, fridge, filter coffee maker, toaster, mini oven, microwave, raclette machine, fondue set. Washing machine available.
Dining area with television.
Upstairs: a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a mezzanine with a 90 cm bed, a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bunk bed.
Bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, refurbished.

Bed linen and towels are not provided.

Optional services from the concierge service:

- Sheet kit rental €16/small bed and €18/double bed
- Towel or bath mat rental 5€/unit

When you leave, the cleaning is at your expense.

A deposit check for the amount of the rental as well as a cleaning deposit check of 90€ will be requested on arrival.
