La terrasse du logement est le vrai plus, rien a redire la dessus.Néanmoins certains équipements annoncés n'étaient pas présents (lave vaisselle, bouilloire, internet).Des fils électriques visibles dans la salle de bain, et peu d'éclairage dans celle ci.La robinetterie est oxydée et peu de pression d'eau dans la douche et le lavabo de la salle de bain.Odeur de remontée d'égout du fait qu'il n'y ai pas de siphon dans les évacuations d'eaux.A noter que les fenêtres et portes fenêtres sont du simple vitrage.Le logement est situé non loin du site archéologique historique et proche de l'île d'ortigia.Les plages aux alentours sont très petites et la plus proche est portuaire. La plage montrée sur la photo de l'annonce est une plage privée d'un hôtel et son prix est de 120 la journée pour 2 transats et un parasol.

Personne très agréable au téléphone. Dommage qu elle ne communique pas internet est bien présent dans mon logement sur demande Je recommande ce client mais attention pour les commentaires assassins … double vitrage obligatoire. Merci à lui d avoir laissé l appartement impeccable.
