The Space:

La Central of the Island of Ré offers you this villa of beautiful surface area which benefits from a privileged location in a calm environment, close to the beach, shops and the bell tower of Saint-Clément-des-Baleines.



With its tree-lined garden of 800m2, this pleasant and bright house is ideal for up to 12 people.



Close to cycle paths, the house is located 200 metres from the beach and 100 metres from shops.

The house is comfortable and has a spacious living room/lounge with a fully equipped kitchen area.



Possibility of private parking for 1 vehicle in front of the house and for 2 or 3 additional vehicles in public car parks in the immediate vicinity.

Private and covered space for parking bicycles.



MAIN HOUSE :

The living room is bright and opens onto the landscaped garden.

Bedroom 1 consists of a double bed 160X200cm and has a shower room.

Bedroom 2 consists of a double bed 160X200cm and has a bathroom.

Bedroom 3 consists of bunk beds and has a shower room.



ANNEX 1 :

Room 4 consists of a double bed 160X200cm and a bathroom.



ANNEX 2 :

Room 5 consists of a double bed 160X200cm.

Room 6 consists of two single beds 90cm that can be joined into 1 double bed 160X200cm.

A bathroom and a separate WC are served by a corridor between rooms 5 and 6.



OUTSIDE :

The wind-sheltered terrace and the enclosed garden covered with a lawn are very pleasant.

Garden furniture available (tables, chairs, loungers, parasol).



The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Pets are not accepted.
