Ferienwohnung in Rabac

Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer und Platz für 4 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile ist sehr klein. Es passt nur ein kleiner Esstisch hinein. Für ein Sofa ist kein Platz. Es sind in unserer Wohnung 2 Kühlschränke vorhanden. Die Terrasse und der Platz vor der Wohnung ist ausreichend groß und man hat eine schöne Aussicht über die Bucht von Rabac und man kann von fern auch die Altstadt von Labin sehen. Nachteilig ist die Hanglage. Der kürzeste Weg zur Strandpromenade führt über eine steile Treppe nach unten. Es sind zwar nur wenige hundert Meter, aber wer nicht gut konditioniert ist , für den ist die Lage nicht zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das saubere klare Meerwasser in der Bucht von Rabac, die schöne Umgebung und die historischen und sehenswerten Orte in der Nähe.

Postele boli čisté, ale inak sme neboli spokojní. - Dovolenka sa nám nepáčila. V kúpeľni to veľmi smrdelo, bola zlá kanalizácia. Išlo to do celého bytu. Za celý pobyt tam sme sa tam nesprchovali. Po príchode v kuchyni a v kúpeľni podlaha nebola umytá. V kuchyni boli veľké pavúky (dalo sa to predtým povysávať). Majiteľ nám zobral občianske preukazy a nechcel vrátiť. Mužovi ich dal až na štvrtý deň, mne až po platbe. Upozornila som ho, že občiansky preukaz sa nesmie dávať z ruky, povedal, že keby policajt, máme mu povedať, že Smokovič. Keďže sa nám ubytovanie nepáčilo (táto fotka, ktorú tu máte, je schodisko do jeho bytu), prešli sme inde. Vyšlo nás to veľmi draho, prirátal nám k tomu 30% pokutu. Za to nedobré ubytovanie to bolo vyše 100 Eur za deň.

accommodation had everything we needed

Great location, though not suitable for anyone with small children or who wasn''t fairly fit as it required climbing quite a few steps. Very friendly and helpful owner who despite a language barrier made sure we had everything we needed-even allowed us to use her garage to store our bicycles. Lots of excursions/shops/restaurants available within short walk but a very quiet location.
