You'll be surrounded by small artisan bakeries, typical Parisian cafés, a variety of restaurants, and local shops. Just a short walk away, the lively pedestrianized Rue Daguerre is ideal for shopping or simply strolling.
The neighborhood offers a perfect balance between local Parisian life and easy access to major tourist attractions. You can also enjoy Parc Montsouris, one of the capital's most beautiful green spaces, just a few minutes' walk away.

The studio is ideally located at 53 rue du Moulin Vert, in the 14th arrondissement of Paris.

About an 7-minute walk away, you'll find the Alésia metro station (line 4), offering direct access to attractions such as Montparnasse, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Châtelet, and Gare de l'Est.

From the airports:

Orly: Approximately 30 to 40 minutes by car or via OrlyBus + metro line 4.

Independent arrival until 23pm by collecting the keys in a store 1 minute walk from the accommodation.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor and overlooks the street so please close the shutters when leaving the accommodation
