Nikki`s House is a comfortable Cape Cod at the end of a cul-de-sac. This home backs up to Interstate 275 and is conveniently located in Sharonville, which is just minutes away to West Chester, Mason, Downtown Cincinnati, Montgomery and Mason. Whether you are in town for business or came to enjoy the thrill seeking Kings Island, you won`t be disappointed in this quaint home.
LIVING ROOM
When you walk in the door you will see the living room to the right, which has a large couch and oversized chair with ottoman. There is a Roku TV in which you can enjoy your favorite shows on your apps like Hulu or Netflix. There is a dining table for four (4) also in this room.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is extremely spacious and features everything you need for a comfortable stay including a Keurig coffee maker and pods.
BEDROOM ONE
Located on the main floor, this room has a queen bed, Roku TV and plenty of storage.
BATHROOM
Located on the main floor, there is a shower / tub combination, full length mirror and, again, plenty of storage.
BASEMENT
The door to the basement is located across the hall from the bathroom. It is unfinished, but that is where you will find the washer and dryer.
BEDROOM TWO
Located upstairs (just off the kitchen) this room has a queen bed, Roku TV, ceiling fan and storage.
BEDROOM THREE
Located upstairs (just off the kitchen) this room has a king bed, Roku TV, ceiling fan, and storage.
Please note that this home backs up to a major highway (I-275) so you will hear the noise of cars passing by at a high speed.
This home can sleep seven (7) by also utilizing the couch in the living room.
Guest has access to the entire home.
This is an older, quiet neighborhood with beautiful, mature trees.
A car or rideshare is necessary to get around town.
Please note that this home backs up to a major highway (I-275) so you will hear the noise of cars passing by at a high speed.
