perfect for our needs

Condo was very clean, had all we needed, beautifully renovated, close to two pools, golf course inside gated community, grocery store & fast foods 1 minute away - couldn't ask for anything more!

Great Home Minutes to Empire Polo Grounds!

We had an amazing experience dealing with this host! He was extremely responsive, which was great because this was my first vacation rental experience. The home had everything we needed including games to occupy my 2 children under 12 y/o. We were visiting for the Sandstorm lacrosse tournament and the close proximity to the Empire Polo grounds made this property perfect for our needs (30 minute walk to the fields/5 minute drive. The close pool was heated which is so great when the sun goes down! I would highly recommend!

Desert Getaway 🌵

The property is better in real life. The owner curated the their rental like a real home. We were surprised on the kitchen’s inventory such as serving platters, food containers and cooking oil. The hosts have great communication skills.

Nice townhouse close to Indian Wells n Coachella Valley

Nice place to stay and very quiet. Joel is an excellent host and answers questions within 15 minutes. Place is close to Indian Wells tennis and Coachella Valley. Kitchen has everything you need and bathrooms are clean and townhome was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. May want to bring your own pillows if you prefer feather pillows. Very accurate description and close to restaurants and stores. Overall very happy with our 7 day stay. Would stay again if in area.

Great little place to get away!

Glad I was able to find this place! The condo is in a great location with plenty of food options, golf courses and hiking. And only about 30minutes away from downtown palm springs. The welcome book had plenty of things to do if you are unfamiliar with the area. The condo had everything we needed to make our own meals, and be comfortable when we were relaxing- they also had games and puzzles available which made the nights fun. Pools were close to the unit and had surrounding grass areas where the kids can get some energy out. The gated community felt really safe and had no problem finding parking. Internet was faster than what I have at my house which was good. Will book again, great value!

Fabulous accommodations

My husband and I brought our daughter and her best friend out from Cape Cod for Coachella festival to celebrate our daughter- 16th birthday, the condo was clean, perfectly located for us to walk them back and forth, the pool was a plus, the host Joel communicated with us expeditiously, perfect trip.

Golf tournament

Great Place to Stay Close to Coachella/Stagecoach and Golf!

We had a quick trip to Indio. Joel's condo was perfect! The communication was great and the place was very clean! We would highly recommend staying here. While we didn't attend any of the festivals we did take note that we were walking distance from them and very close to a few golf courses. Look no further and stay here!
