"Avalon" This 2nd Row home is privately owned & well maintained. It is located on the East end of Sunset Beach. The close proximity to the beach access is just across Main Street at the 11th Street beach walkway. You can surely enjoy the morning Breezes or afternoon Sun sets while sitting on the screened or covered porches, or just sunning on the sundeck. There is a game room located on the ground level which offers a Ping Pong table. This is a Non Smoking and No Pets Allowed home and is Not Equipped for Electric Car Charging.
