This house is by far one of a kind! Enjoy our many themed rooms to include our Cinderella room, Harry Potter room and amazing library, among many others!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Cleaning of any fish is not allowed in the residence. There will be a fish cleaning station outside for use.
The garbage must be taken out and placed in the dumpster. It’s a short walk up the street. Garbage should not be left outside, we have bears!

We stayed at the Chalet by the Sea with my family. This is a large house over looking a beautiful protected lagoon. We were unable to enjoy the outside features because of rain, but could see wildlife in the lagoon from inside the house. I wish we could have stayed longer. It is a beautiful place to stay.

Great views, close to town and marina and plenty of room!

We loved this house for our group of 6. Plenty of room to move about. The decks and outside space looks over a bay in the ocean.

Absolutely loved this house

We were traveling with our extended family and had an excellent stay at your house. Fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. Excellent location close to Beach, and just minutes from town. Loved the decor, especially the library. Would recommend to anyone coming to Kodiak.

This property was extremely unique and really cool. The views were incredible. Plenty of places to get up early and sip coffee, look out at the water, and listen to the sounds of the wilderness. I won’t forget this one any time soon.

Fishing Trip

The property was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views. Very clean home with all kinds of unique character inside the house. We had a party of 5 and there was plenty of room for gathering together and also enough room that we never felt cramped. The ocean view was stunning and the sound of the waves crashing against the the rocks all day and night, was like having a built in lullaby. I would highly recommend this for larger groups.

Great Property With Amazing View!

A group of eight friends visiting several sites in Alaska together stayed at this property for several nights in mid-July. The property is beautiful, clean, and a is great place for larger groups. Owners are on Kodiak and are very responsive to questions and requests for information and help. I am a travel agent from Georgia, and will have a group of 9 staying at this property in early August. Looking forward to booking it again next summer for two or three groups.

WOW!!! Great house for a large group.

We were looking for a large house in Kodiak that would accommodate a group of 11 friends for our annual summer trip. This house was perfect. The house was well stocked and we were very comfortable for the three nights we were there. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck on a sunny evening and watched the sunset at solstice while enjoying a campfire and the beautiful view of Mill Bay. The house has a lot of neat features and would be fun for kids as well. The neighborhood seemed quiet and is close to stores and fun places to explore. Jamie was great to work with and checked in with us to make sure all was well. When I had a few questions she called or texted right back with the answers. Thanks for making our stay such a nice and memorable one Jamie.

This charming home is located on a beautiful cove. The views alone made it worth the stay. The hosts were very accommodating to all of our needs. Everyone in our party really enjoyed the property. There’s plenty of room for what appears to be up to 10 people. We would strongly recommend this to anyone coming to Kodiak.

Unique Experience

Property was very special. The architecture fit the surroundings perfect. Jamie our host was always available and helpful. I highly recommend this property if your looking to watch whales, otters and eagles while enjoying a hot cup of Joe on the back deck. Awesome experience.

We had a great stay at this property. Very nice, lots of room. We had 7 adult men. The owner checked in on us through the week. They are very accommodating. Highly recommend this property.
