Great house near everything in Ouray. Located off a quiet road and away from the crowds. Great kitchen for entertaining plus the deck was awesome for coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. Management company was very responsive. I would definitely recommend and will be back !

Awesome house and location. Quick access to Ouray. House is in excellent condition with everything you will need. Very clean. Views of Gold Mountain were cool with the old mines visible from the front door. Highly recommend the house and location for a family. Host was very helpful. Plenty of towels which we greatly appreciated. Everything worked in the house. Neighborhood is safe. Trail by river is steps away from front door. Definitely would come back.

We stayed with our family of 6 and the house was great. Hot tub and deck were a great place to hang out and we had fun playing basketball. Very centrally located to downtown as well as great hikes, easy in and out to Silverton and to Telluride. Loved being across the street from the river path.

I understand years ago they might have not needed it, but nowadays it ge5s hot even in those mountains. They give you s m all fans but didn't do alot. Thats my only complaint

Best Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at our rental during our week in Ouray. The location is perfect with the river right outside our front door steps. It was pet friendly and there was plenty of space for the kids to play with the dog , both inside and out. The kitchen was amazing! we brought most of our food with us and the kitchen was fully stocked with the appropriate dishes and utensils to make it easy to prepare all of our meals. It was a very quiet location and we felt safe with the windows open due to not having any central air. It was hot during our stay, but the fans and coolers help take the edge off the heat in the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay here. We come to Ouray nearly every summer. This was my favorite stay. This home was wonderful. Great location, views, hot tub and the kitchen really is "Chef grade". Will stay here again.

Family Retreat and Easy Ouray Access

Convenient location with nice walking paths to the Hot Springs, along the beautiful river and onto the Perimeter trail. The home was a welcome, cozy and well appointed retreat after our daily adventures.

This house is in a great, quiet location. Right across from the river walk and close enough to town to walk everywhere if you don’t mind a little extra walking to avoid town traffic and parking. It is more than perfect if you are traveling with pets like we were. Very cozy for our dog! There are some minor things that could be addressed by VRC but not bothersome enough to write about. There are two things I will note; check the fridge, it was set on the coldest setting, nothing we would have thought to check, but it froze everything we put in it by the next day. We figured out what was going on and turned it up but it took the rest of our time there (4 days)for most things to thaw. The front porch is great for evening sitting but it was useless in the mornings. There are lawn sprinklers that come on every night and they soak the porch and everything on it. We gave up on trying to dry things to make it usable in the morning because we didn’t want to use up the towels. Despite these minor issues, would tell anyone to go ahead and book, this is a great home base for a week in the area!! It also had more than ample supplies!
