Ground flood, corner condo on the Big Lake Okeechobee.

Parking directly in front of unit. One designated spot labeled with unit #. Any additional parking must use `guest` parking.



I am typically available via cell phone, text and email.



Located only a few steps away from the Tiki Bar and marina. Boat ramps close by as well. Only a couple traffic lights away form the heart of Clewiston for shipping and additional restaurants and bars.



Getting around Clewiston is very easy, very little traffic, most places within walking distance and perfect area for a bike ride. Limited taxi service in town so ideally drive, walk or bike.



Please be certain to lock door and replace key inside lockbox. Living room fan/light and lamps are controlled by remote control located on the side table and/or shelf under TV. The small white remote controls the lamps and the black controller controls the fan/light. The switch next to patio door labeled “fan” must be on in order for the remote and fan/light to work.

We couldn’t have been happier with the condo, we had everything we needed for our stay and the place was spotless! The location was perfect, walking distance to the marina & tiki bar and the pool is literally in your backyard. Great Condo on Clewiston

We fish in Clewiston almost every year and typically stay at the marina. This year, we stayed in Condo 131 and loved it! The personal touches (like coffee already setup, popcorn, cool lights, etc) were such a welcome surprise. We felt like the owner truly wanted us to feel at home and genuinely cared. We would definitely recommend staying there!
