We all loved the place. The place was very clean and had enough room for 8 to sleep and move around comfortably. It's located in a nice residential area.

Outside landscaping needs upkeep. When we drove up, we thought we made a bad choice. However, the inside was nice, clean, and spacious living area. Two of the box frame and beds were on the floor and not on a headboard or foot board. Basically sleeping on the floor with box and mattress on the floor. Also signs up say do not flush toilet paper. ???? Someone with back problems could not get on floor to go to sleep in two of the bedrooms Overall, my family and I had a nice cozy and comfortable place to stay while enjoying our weekend. I would definitely recommend and book again pending I don’t have to sleep on a box spring and mattress on the floor.

No sheets on beds. I asked for some and she said her cleaning people said they were on there. The two master bedrooms did not have sheets on the bed. Other than that it was a clean place near Roland Martin Marina. Room for two trucks and two boats.
