Family Friendly Pocono getaway located in the Towamensing Trails Community!
This is not a party house.

15 Minutes from Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski Resorts.
Close to Pocono Race way, Split rock water park, and a short drive to Jim Thorpe.

Large open main floor includes kitchen, dining, living room and beautiful game room with a foosball table, board games and a bar that gives extra space to spread out. Large deck out back with a hot tub, Gazebo, propane grill. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the main floor. The second floor offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus a loft with sleeper. All linens are included with your stay, you only need to bring beach/pool towels in the summer months.

Towamensing Trails offers our visitors the use of their clubhouse, pool, lake, and beach.

Please Note: the development only provides 8 renter wristbands for the lake /community pool areas and DOES NOT offer the option to purchase more.

We are not responsible for community amenities and will not refund if you are unable to use during your stay . You may not bring your own boat, Kayak, or paddle board. No outdoor fires.

Government ID must be provided with in 24 hrs of reservation. A contract must be signed.

This is not a party house. Please do not rent if that is your intention. You will be asked to leave without a refund. Property has exterior cameras.

Local capacity laws do not allow more then 8 guests. More than 8 guest could result in being asked to leave without a refund.

PASSES/WRISTBANDS

The community requires vehicles to have a car/trash pass and wristbands for amenity access (children 4 and under do not need one). Before check-in you will be required to give your vehicle information and mailing address in order to receive your car pass(es) and wristbands that will be available to you at the house once you arrive. Please be aware that booking last minute (within 72hrs before check-in) will delay the issuing of your wristbands and car/trash pass and they may not be at the house when you arrive. The association needs time to process your renter registration paperwork so you might not have access to the beach/pool/other amenities or use the community dumpster until they are ready (may take up to 3 days).

TRASH

Guests are required to dispose of all trash at the community dumpster using their trash pass. Trash is open Mon/Wed/Fri 7-3pm, Tues/Thurs 11-7pm, and Sat/Sun 7-7pm. No trash or trash bags of any kind is permitted to be stored outside the house at any time, if reported there is a $300+ fine in accordance with community rules. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash before checkout. Please read the trash schedule and coordinate accordingly depending on when you are checking-out as any trash left behind (either bagged or loose) will result in additional fees. Guests are also responsible for cleaning all dishes. Any dirty dishes in the sink, counters, or anywhere else will result in additional fees.

We do not accept pets , but property is not always pet free .

The place was very beautiful, cozy, very clean, and spacious. They had clean towels and sheets available in the rooms. The hot tub was already on when we got there, which was awesome with the cold weather. The renter coordinator was always available to communicate if we needed anything. My friends and I had a great time. Hopefully we can repeat some day.

Perfect

The host was great. The property was absolutely amazing. Weve stayed many places in the pocono area and this was by far the best. Eveything about it was perfect. This will be the only place we book of we come back to that area.

Annual Famiky Ski Vacay

This is our 3rd year staying at this house! Weve been doing this annual trip for 15 years, but this is the best house weve ever visited and want to keep coming back! We all love it here! Melissa, our host is wonderful!

Amazing!

This was the best experience I've ever had with a VRBO listing. Property was even better than pictured. Everything was labeled and there were detailed instructions for hot tub etc. The house was SPOTLESS and smelled so good. The towels and linens were soft, and the beds were very comfy. Would love to return!

Trust this one!

This was such an awesome stay. Melissa and her husband were responsive and excellent hosts throughout the process. The property was clean, accommodating and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our little weekend and the covered hot tub was a hit. It’s so hard to find a property to trust, but this is definitely one. We will be back!
