Amazing Historic Montana House. Hot Tub, Large Deck, On Golf Course A++ Location

Historic Montana House property that has it all!!! The home was built in 1973 by Grandma Big Sky. Complete 14 month renovation. Location, location, location 17th tee box. Best lot on the golf course and you will see why when you arrive for your vacation. The view is incredible of mountains through huge new windows from the kitchen, dining and main living room. Open floor plan. Two en suite King bedrooms and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. One King and one with 2 twin beds.
Bring your family or friends to enjoy Big Sky activities right outside the front door. Everything Big Sky has to offer is that close. Walk to Town Center, Shuttle or Drive to Mountain Center (about 15 minutes) for Downhill Skiing in the winter and Mountain Biking/Hiking in the summer.

From the property enjoy Cross Country Skiing (the groomed trail runs on the west property line) take it around the golf course or if you feel ambitious you can head to Lone Mountain Ranch for lunch or a cocktail. Mountain Biking/Hiking winter or summer. Watch from the deck or partake in Sledding for the adults/kids down the hill from the 17th tee box. Fly fishing in the summer(West Fork of the Gallatin River is a stones throw past the Tee Box). There are so many things to do you may not have anytime for sightseeing. Montana has a lot of that!! If that still is not enough you can relax in the hot tub and look at the scenery or stars to see how magnificent they are. It looks like a backdrop of the mountains to the north in the daylight and the stars from the hot tub after dark is magnificent. Really unbelievable.

We had a great stay and very much enjoyed the house! It's about a 10-15 minute drive to Big Sky Resort, but also close to shops and restaurants. Views from the deck were great as there were many large windows...and we also enjoyed the hot tub (also outside on the deck!)!

Amazing property! Enjoyed our stay, the host was very communicative and friendly. Close 15-20min drive to big sky resort depending on traffic going into the resort. Large updated kitchen, spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The decor was very cute “Montana” feel and the large hot tub after a day at the slopes was just amazing. 5 stars will definitely rent again if it’s available our next trip to Big Sky.

A location for sure…A stay. Great home, 10/10 recommend. Spacious with perfect layout for families or friends trip. Main floor kitchen, dining, and seating area with fireplace makes gatherings easy. Wrap around deck is nice as well. We got zero snow during our stay, but if we had, the garage would have come in handy. The hosts were great with communication and pre-arrival guides. The perfect location for our Montana vacation. Centrally positioned for touring Yellowstone NP and Bozeman…and let’s not forget the golf. Overall we enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for our 4 adults and 2 dogs. The hot tub was enjoyable with views from the back deck. Laundry and the 2 masters was nice to have. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and large TV in the den. Just to note a couple of things we expected to have had for the price: more hangers in the closet to hang things up, especially since there was very little dresser space (there was plenty of storage space in the bathrooms); additional cooking utensils and updated pots (handles on a couple were loose); enough mugs to not to have to run the dishwasher every day (there were only 6); there is not an ice maker in the fridge and we could not find any ice trays to make our own. Location was very convenient to the town center shops and restaurants, and it was reasonably quiet within the golf neighborhood. We were able to park the smaller SUV in the garage and truck in the driveway with plenty of space.
