This home is Convenient to Tennessee and Georgia with an easy drive into South Carolina. Waiting just outside your door is all that's needed for relaxation; you're also close enough to go shopping and explore local restaurants. Relax by fishing in one of our many scenic lakes or take advantage of swimming in Horsepasture River, which flows at the neighborhood's entrance.

While encompassing all the natural mountain beauty, the Woods neighborhood surrounds Meadow Lake. The lake is a short, 5-minute walk where you are able to have a picnic or enjoy fishing. At the entrance of this pet-friendly neighborhood is the Horsepasture River which is perfect for swimming or relaxing.
Sapphire Valley Resort is open year-round and located within 1.5 miles! Some highlights include the ski resort (seasonal), tubing, and zip-lining. Don't forget to check out the recreation center and Fairfield Lake!
RESORT INFO: Guests must purchase a pass for $2/per person/per day with a 3-day minimum.
Children 14 and under are free. Once your guest pass is purchased, enjoy an additional 25% off skiing/tubing and zip-lining.
