Accommodation: Beautiful studio cabin sleeps 4, 24 m², large furnished balcony with garden furniture, parking in the residence, elevator, all comfort, ideally located, quiet, beach and local shops within walking distance. Entrance with hallway: 2 bunk beds. Bunk beds are only for children over 6 years old. Living room (separated by door) with 2-seater sofa bed, television...opening onto the balcony. Equipped kitchen area (microwave, mini oven, 2 electric burners, extractor hood, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, etc.). Bathroom with WC included. Parking in the residence, bright studio. We accept holiday vouchers (depending on booking platform). Linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included, you can choose to include these services at the price of: - Limited use sheets for a 90 bed: €10 - Limited use sheets for a 140 bed: €20 - End of stay cleaning: €40 - Animal package: €25/animal Non-smoking accommodation. “Our arrivals (in July and August only) will be from Sunday to Sunday…less traffic jams, no trucks.”
