Villa is situated in Kastel Stari just 20 minutes drive from the center of Split. From the city of Trogir is only 10 minutes, and the first pebble beach is 1500m. The villa is located on the property size 1000m2.
The property includes pool jacuzzi with sundeck, barbecue, garden from which you can freely pick eco vegetables, pool table, trampoline and parking for 4 cars.
Villa has 250m2 at ground floor and 110m2 in the attic. The ground floor has living room with LCD TV, dining room, kitchen, bedroom (double bed) with bathroom, another bedroom (double bed) and toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the attic where is bedroom(double bed) with living room and large terrace, two more bedrooms(double bed) and two more bathrooms.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at the Logan Villa. Srdan and his father are very welcoming and gracious hosts who meticulously take care of the house and surroundings and went out of their way to make our stay memorable, including a welcome and departure gift. The house offers everything we could possibly need, We were a group of 10 and had a blast. The location is ideal to explore Split and its surroundings. The little village of Kastel Stari is truly a gem and not crowded by tourists . We loved going to the local market, fisherman and butcher in the morning as well as the local beach. This was one of our best vacation ever for our family. Thank you to the Kovacek family for making this stay so memorable!
