My Address in Cannes, a real estate agency specializing in vacation rentals, is delighted to welcome you to this beautiful, air-conditioned, tastefully renovated two-bedroom apartment, featuring two bedrooms with built-in closets, two shower rooms, and a furnished and fully equipped open-concept living/dining area and kitchen.
Located right in the heart of Cannes, just steps from the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, and Rue d’Antibes, it is ideally situated for conferences.
Committed to your comfort, our team will be at your disposal to meet your needs during your stay.
Check-in times:
- Early check-in or late check-out are available for an additional fee, subject to availability, and must always be requested in advance.
Housekeeping:
- Housekeeping fees are non-negotiable and mandatory for all stays.
Please note that our apartments are non-smoking; if this policy is not respected, a flat fee of €250 will be charged to the tenant.
A security deposit will be required through our trusted third-party provider, Swickly. This is mandatory.
