**APARTMENT FEATURES:**

**This spacious apartment offers the following floor plan:**

- A large main living room with various dedicated areas, such as:
- A lounge area, with sofa, armchair, coffee table and smart TV.
- A dining area with a dining table that fits 6 people.
- A large open-floor kitchen, well equipped with all you will need during your stay, including a trendy Nespresso coffee machine (what else ?).

- Three bedrooms:
One parental bedroom suite with a queen size bed, closet/dressing, and its private shower room with toilets.
Two other bedrooms, both with two single beds (90cm each) and closet/dressing.

- Two separate shower rooms are next to the bedrooms.

- A veranda with a small laundry area and a table, so you can enjoy a coffee or a cocktail while you wait for your clean clothes. ;)

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed unless they are very small and with prior authorization. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY. Penalties may apply if the apartment policies are not followed.**

**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a few short steps down your street, the Rue Bivouac Napoléon, you will be able to enjoy the following activities, all within less than a few minutes on foot (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

- Take your pick of delicious pastries, gourmet dishes, or exotic cocktails in some of the best eateries along the Rue Hoche. (2 minutes away.)
We recommend the restaurants Le Cirque or La Cantina, for their exquisite cuisine, the Café Hoche for its amazing cocktails and lively Saturday nights, The pizzeria San Telmo for its genuine Italian specialties and the tea lounge Le Volupté with its extensive tea collection and delicious artisan pastries!

- After all these treats, you can take a stroll along the famous Croisette seafront (2 minutes away as well) and either try some Italian ice cream from the street vendors, play some chess at the public chess tables or simply sit on a bench and enjoy the sea breeze.

- Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for a trade show. (2 minutes away.)

- Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets. (Timing is up to you and your legs.)

For your daily needs, ask us what you would like, like a driver, a bit of housekeeping, additional linen, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you.

For any day adventure, we can recommend tours, activities and places to visit, and even take care of any booking. All pricing and customized programs are available upon request.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our villas.)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Check-ins after 6 pm will be made via lock box, or in person with a 35 euro additional charge. Check-ins after Midnight will be via lock box only (we reserve that for our Netflix time...)
