Located on the beach front, this brand new south facing penthouse has panoramic sea views. The lift opens directly into a spacious living room, with a dining table for 6. It is equipped with quality furniture, large flat screen TV, blu-ray DVD player with DVDs to play, channel TV (with French and int'l channels) and wireless broadband. Ipod dockingstation. Its large terrace surrounding the apartment has groups of garden furniture, sunbeds and automatically irrigated plantations. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi. The second bedroom has an adjacent toilet and shower room. The study can double up as a third bedroom, with a comfortable sofa bed. All rooms have direct access to the terrace, including the kitchen, with a shady space for breakfast just outside the kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning and central heating for all rooms. A wide range of household appliances, including washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher are included. A garage is provided

Amazing Location just West of Cannes
The beach penthouse was a perfect location with easy access to both the beach and Cannes. Would absolutely stay there on our next trip to France.

A little piece of paradise
We had the most wonderful time at this property. The pictures do not do it justice, it is top notch amazing. The whole process from booking to arriving and leaving was easy and well managed. We hope to return.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Appartement und haben 10 tolle supersonnigeTage zum Jahreswechsel erlebt. Die Terrasse ist traumhaft, der Blick grandios. Wir konnten Ende Dezember jeden Morgen draußen in der Sonne frühstücken. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt . Die Einrichtung der Wohnung und Terrasse sehr geschmackvoll. Perfekt ist der Aufzug von der Tiefgarage direkt in die Wohnung. Einziger Makel: die Garagenplätze sind zu klein für einen Van, aber es steht dann ein Platz im Freien zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war sehr nett und angenehm und die Betreuung vor Ort durch Frau Silvia Fiola war perfekt. Vielen Dank auch hierfür. Wir kommen sicher irgendwann wieder❤️.

I Hans, am a Swedish businessman married to my British wife Maureen, who came with me from a cols and dark Sweden (according to Maureen), to a warm and humid Singapore. Our son Daniel and his Australian wife Edwina, have two small children and live in Melbourne. I retired from being the president of a group of 20 steel related companies in Asia in 2011.

We are not dependent on rental income from France, but we are emotionally dependent on having happy guests in our apartments in Royal Palm, who would like to come back to us. Many of them return to us year after year.

We were early to select and our 3 Royal Palm apartments, off plan. This enabled us to buy the most attractive, both internally and externally, with panoramic views over the Bay of Cannes.
