Located on the beach front, this brand new south facing penthouse has panoramic sea views. The lift opens directly into a spacious living room, with a dining table for 6. It is equipped with quality furniture, large flat screen TV, blu-ray DVD player with DVDs to play, channel TV (with French and int'l channels) and wireless broadband. Ipod dockingstation. Its large terrace surrounding the apartment has groups of garden furniture, sunbeds and automatically irrigated plantations. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi. The second bedroom has an adjacent toilet and shower room. The study can double up as a third bedroom, with a comfortable sofa bed. All rooms have direct access to the terrace, including the kitchen, with a shady space for breakfast just outside the kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning and central heating for all rooms.
