From the rear wrap-around balcony, view the scenery of the Santa Rosa Sound… the perfect place to take in breath-taking sunsets, watch sailboats and view the coastal wildlife. Easy access across the street to the Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beaches! Located on the East end of Pensacola Beach. Walk next door to the local’s favorite…Peg Leg Pete’s Seafood Restaurant! Only a 5 minute drive to Quietwater Beach Boardwalk and the Pensacola Pier, where you will find an array of shopping and dining options.

Kitchen is fully stocked. Breakfast bar seats 3, dining room seats 6.

Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, rocking/swivel recliner, and a wall mounted 55” flat screen smart TV.

Master bedroom has a king size bed with 10” memory foam mattress and 100% cotton bedding. It also includes a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV and shower.

Secondary bedroom has two twin beds with 10” memory foam mattresses and 100% cotton bedding. It also includes a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV and a bath/shower combo with Jacuzzi tub.

Wonderful Stay Once Again!

Awesome condo! Clean, updated, great views and well stocked. The king bed is so comfortable. Close to the beach and restaurants, yet quiet. This was our second stay and we’ll be back! Heather surprised us with a beach themed Christmas tree! Felt like a home away from home.

Fantastic all around! Only thing was the curtain rods. Thet are up so high and with that type of rod, it is difficult to open. Very minimal....all else was great

Absolutely wonderful!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean, spotless and the linens smelled fresh. The doors off the living area open up to an incredible view of the bay. It was relaxing, refreshing and just what our family needed for a long weekend. We will definitely be back!!! Loved, loved, loved this location.
