Please turn off all lights, fans, TVs, & set the AC to 76°F. Please close and lock all doors and windows then exit through the front door.
Upon departure, please send a note through the VRBO website to confirm your checkout. Have a safe trip home!

Great location. Unit was very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. Loved the back yard. It was very private and the plants were beautiful. The place could use some updating. New couch and mattress but overall it was very good!

Lovely condo in The Greens

This place worked out great for my husband, son and myself. We loved the private space in the back! Checking in was easy, the condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

A nice place to settle in for 2 weeks!

This was a beautiful property in a beautiful area. We enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed the pool area at sunset. Everything was clean and comfortable and the keyless entry was easy and convenient. Dario was great and easy to work with. When I lost the email with check in instructions, I contacted him through Vrbo and he got back to me in less than an hour. I would recommend this place to friends and stay here i the future.

Great unit in a very nice location

This was a very nice and quiet unit, in a great location within the complex. The location in Tucson is also very good. It is close to a major grocery store, restaurants as well as hiking trails.There were no issues with our stay, we really enjoyed our month here!

Lovely Foothills Condo with Beautiful Private Courtyard

Scenic Catalina Foothills

We booked for the month of March. The propery was okay. Nice pool area. Close to parks for hiking. Very nice area in Ventana Canyon. Enjoyed hearing the coyotes in the evening. Nice backyard patio. Lots of good restaurants near by and grocery store just down the road.

Great Week in Tucson

We stayed for a week and everything was perfect from check in to checkout. Dario was very responsive when a few question came up. Definitely recommend Dario's townhouse for anyone visiting the Tucson area.

Great location!

This condo was well equipped and comfortable for our month long stay. We cooked a lot and never needed a thing. Fair warning, the guest room is near an outdoor light which keeps it pretty light in there. May be fine for kids. Loved the outdoor space, location, TV’s were large and awesome! Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby.

This condo is in a good location and is very clean and decorated nicely. It has all of the comforts of home including a well stocked kitchen. The private patio is very peaceful and is visited by a variety of birds.The owner is very responsive. I will not hesitate to stay here in the future. and a well stocked kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was quiet and conveniently located for us. We did experience a minor issue with bathtub drain being somewhat clogged and the water was draining very slowly. We mentioned it to the owner when we checkout and hopefully he will find someone to fix that issue for the future guests.

Month of March Stay at the Greens

We had a wonderful time in Tucson and the accommodations were wonderful. The Host was immediately responsive whenever we had any issues. Having 2 bathrooms was great. The well stocked kitchen (with pantry items) was an asset. Having the backyard to enjoy was a big bonus especially on windy days. The birds sang to us each morning. I hope we can stay in the condo again for another winter get away!

Excellent Stay

Everything about this stay was wonderful. Check-in was very easy, and the property very clean. It was nicely updated with comfortable and functional furniture. There are 3 TV's - a smart TV in the living area. The king size bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen had new appliances and both a coffee maker and Keurig, lots of cookware and every utensil you might need. We especially appreciated the spices and pantry items not usually found in a short term rental. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Tucson.

Gorgeous!

This condo is perfectly located, central to shops, hiking, parks etc. but in a quiet and peaceful setting. The back patio is lovely and a fantastic place for morning coffee. We didn't check out the pools as we were in Tucson for U of A graduation weekend (busy!) but they look great. The bed in the primary suite was massive and really comfortable and the entire condo was spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and more. We would be very happy booking again if/when we return to Tucson!
