Dear Ella,
Thank you for your feedback.
First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize again for the incident you mentioned. That evening, I had been contacted by guests in the neighbouring apartment (Apartment B) regarding a technical issue with the air conditioning. While coming to assist them around 11:15 PM, I unfortunately entered the wrong apartment by mistake and briefly opened the door of Apartment C instead.
As soon as I realized someone was inside, I immediately closed the door and left, and I followed up right away with several messages to apologize for the surprise this may have caused. It was an honest mistake while trying to assist other guests, but I fully understand that it may have been unsettling and I am truly sorry for that moment of confusion.
For clarity, access to the apartments is secured through individual electronic keypads, and only authorized codes allow entry.
I am nevertheless pleased to read that you found the apartment itself nice, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
