Beautiful 2 bedroom apartement renovated in chalet style with a beautiful south-est facing balcony !



Idealy located in Douchka residence, only 100m from undeground parking and close to the shops and restaurants. Le Caribou will please any Avoriaz lover. Enjoy Portes du Soleil ski area directly and easily from/to the residence.

South facing balcony, views over Hauts-Forts and very bright living space.



2nd floor of a residence equiped with 3 elevators :

- Adults room on the left with trunk double bed (140x190cm)

- Separated toilet

- Bathroom with a bath

- Living space with fully equiped kitchen (renovated fall 22)

- Dining table

- Sofa bed for 2 guests in the living room

- Kids room with 2 spacious bunk beds (90x200cm)

- The window will guide you to the sunny balcony

- Ski-locker on entrance level



Apartment can welcome up to 6 guests.



Listing "Le Yak" is located next door and can also be available (Capacity : 4 guests)



All the appartement is at your disposal



We are available at any time if needed.



Falaise neighborhood is very close to the underground carparks. Very convenient when you arrive in Avoriaz. You can easily access slopes from the apartment ! Shops, restaurants and supermarket at the bottom of the residence.



Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can walk directly to the apartement.

Le logement est situé à proximité de l'accueil de la station et n'est pas bien insonorisé, il y a donc un bruit incessant de chenilles, motos neige et chasses neige dans l'appartement de jour comme de nuit. Côté accueil tout se passe par texto ou appel Nous sommes arrivés à 15h50 au lieu de 16h devant la boite à clés nous n'avons pu avoir le code et les clés qu'à 16h10. La propreté de l'appartement n'était pas top, un agent a du passer finaliser dès notre arrivée. L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien optimisé.
