Studio 4 P ideally located with magnificent view

Ideal studio for 4 people, located on the 8th and top floor of the Le DATCHA residence in the heart of the resort and close to covered car parks. Just in front of Aquariaz nautical center.
Close to the ski school, ideal for accompanying and picking up children from ski lessons...
And especially right next to the covered and compulsory car parks because it is forbidden to use car in Avoriaz.
Completely refurbished studio....you will be the first tenants to take advantage of it for unforgettable and beautiful days of skiing and the breathtaking view... ;-)!!
Late arrival times possible thanks to the presence of a mini safe with keys accessible from outside the apartment.
Attention !! During the summer season the storage of mountain bikes inside the apartment and on the balcony is prohibited.Compulsory arrival on Saturday for a minimum stay of 7 days.

This was our second time staying at this lovely apartment and it didn’t disappoint - we had a fantastic experience. The place is beautifully maintained, very clean, and perfectly located for exploring Avoriaz. The views are absolutely stunning - a real highlight of our stay. Communication with the host was excellent throughout, making everything smooth and stress‑free. Highly recommended.

Great stay in a wonderful location

We really enjoyed this cosy apartment right in the heart of Avoriaz. The owner was very communicative and made sure we settled in and had all the information we needed. We already booked again for next year!

Amazing Avoriaz apartment

A lovely apartment, that easily accommodated our family of two adults and a 9 year old. The views from the apartment were amazing and we enjoyed many a cup of coffee on the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and the Nespresso machine was much appreciated! The apartment is in a great location, a few strides from the sledging track and with direct access to the slopes from the locker room. The use of a sledge was much appreciated by our daughter. The hosts communication was excellent - we will definitely look to book this apartment again. Thank you!

Die Wohnung hat eine Aussicht, die unübertroffen ist. Aus jedem Fenster die schönsten Ausblicke von Avoriaz/ Morzine. Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und noch mehr. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend.

Agréable studio

Studio très bien placé avec une belle vue. L agencement rend la cohabitation difficile pour plus de deux adultes. Des alèses sur les matelas et les oreillers seraient vraiment un plus.

Bonjour Fabienne, Merci pour votre commentaire et après avoir fait une petite enquête auprès de la personne qui s'occupe du ménage, il s'avère qu'effectivement l'alèse du lit double avait été enlevée avant votre arrivée suite à un incident avec le précèdent locataire et il n'y avait pas d'alèse de secours à disposition. Pour information, elle a été remise en place pour les locataires qui vous ont succédé. En ce qui concerne les alèses des oreillers, il y en a bien, elles sont toutes neuves et la fermeture éclair est très discrète (comme quoi le fabricant suédois bien connu fait bien les choses...:-). idéalement situé et très bien équipé, le studio est parfait pour profiter de la station. Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle.
