This home is situated in Crystal River, which is located on the western edge of central Florida bordering the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. Dock is right out the back patio where you can dock your boat, fish and enjoy the local wildlife which sometimes includes a visit from our famous manatees. Canal is one of the deepest around! We have LIMITED PARKING: 3 vehicles & 1 boat trailer. Second boat must be pre-approved. A left out of the canal to the gulf or a right towards three sisters springs. Perfect location right off of Fort Island Trail. WE are approximately 1 mile from the Ft. Island Trail FREE boat ramp, 2.5 miles from Trail River Marina (boat rentals available here), 4 miles from Plantation Golf Course, grocery stores and restaurants.
This home has a King Bed in Master with private bath, second bedroom is set up with a bunk bed with 2 Full size mattresses and twin trundle. Adults will be comfy on the full size beds. Third room is perfect for a child which has a pullout sleeper sofa (twin). Outdoor screened porch with seating and large deck off entrance with grill , Firepit in back. Air mattresses available per request.

Stay & play a little longer for $100! If no new guests are checking in on your day out, we can change your check-out time from 10AM to 6PM. You can get in an extra fishing trip, swim with the manatees or just sleep in & do a late lunch! Or we can do it the other way around to get you early check-in, 10AM instead of 4PM. You can request this option when booking & if it is available, we will block the time for you.
