This cosy and familial 95 sq. m villa on one level includes :
- a beautiful 550 sq. m garden, with a large terrace, a nice swimming-pool and a pergola,
- a large and bright living room,
- a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm),
- two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- an open well equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, hotplates, dish-washer, fridge, freezer),
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV, stereo, Wi-Fi, fans,
- cars can be parked inside the court. It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

→ A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

## Neighborhood

Located between the Basque and the Landes Countries, you will be at the best place to fully enjoy the animations of the Coast, while resting in a calm and peaceful environment. Shops will be just nearby, including a supermarket and several restaurants 3 min by car away, and it will just take you 10 min to join the beach. At last, in a few minutes driving, you will reach the cities of Bayonne, Biarritz or Hossegor.

From the station (Bayonne) → 30 min by transports or 15 min by car
From the airport (Biarritz) → 55 min by transports or 25 min by car

Super prestation

Tres belle maison parfaitement équipée. Contact facile avec l’agence. Piscine non chauffée mais agréable. Commerces à proximité mais mieux vaut être vehiculé pour profiter des plages et de la région. Très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble.

Maison très agréable et bien située pour découvrir le sud des Landes et le Pays Basque.

Maison moderne avec bel extérieur, environnement très calme, très bien située pour découvrir la région. Bayonne et Biarritz ne sont qu’à une dizaine de km. La jolie piscine mériterait d’être chauffée. Tarnos est une petite ville très étendue. Il faut prendre la voiture ou un vélo pour aller aux commerces les plus proches.
