La Villa Gauguin - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Le Cannet, this charming recent and protected flat with air-conditioning (reversible) of a surface of 65 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) with cupboard.
- A shower room with shower and WC.
- A bathroom with bathtub.

Outside :
- On the living room side, a south west facing balcony of 8m².
- On the kitchen and bedroom side, a 10m² terrace to enjoy the sunny days with its garden furniture and electric blind.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Le Cannet, in a very pleasant environment in the heart of the city, while being quiet. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, pharmacy, bank...

Activities :
- The Croisette Beach Cannes: long public sandy beach along the famous Croisette promenade about 15 minutes drive away.
- The city centre of Cannes with its Palais des festivals, its promenade, its restaurants, its luxury shops, its port at about 13 minutes by car.
- Sports activities in Cannes: diving, swimming, water sports...
- Crossing to Sainte Marguerite Island - from Cannes: discover the mysteries of Sainte Marguerite Island and enjoy the boat crossing to admire the Bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands, about 10 minutes by car to the Laubeuf quay, the departure and arrival point of the boats.
