Villa with private pool, 5 minutes from the heart of the Gorges!

We rent our single-story villa, accommodating 6 to 7 people, fully air-conditioned with a private pool, in the southern Ardèche region, near the gorges and rivers. Enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of the mountains, countryside, and lush green surroundings. Numerous activities and entertainment options are available (canoeing, climbing, cycling, horseback riding, hiking, exploring medieval villages, caves (Chauvet), night markets, etc.).

Weekly or fortnightly rentals, Saturday to Saturday only.

This house is perfectly suited for families.

The house is 130m².

3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed; 1 with two single beds + a comfortable sofa bed with a 2.00 x 1.40 m mattress topper in a separate room with a curtain.

1 bathroom, 1 WC.

Open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar leading to the living room, fully equipped with all necessary appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave.

Living room: television, iPod docking station, Wi-Fi internet access, fireplace

A garage with a storage room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and a second fridge/freezer

Terrace seating 7 people: Private enclosed garden of 1900m², poolside relaxation area, barbecue (plancha grill), garage. Private parking. 4 bicycles available. Completely private swimming pool. Children's play area. Swing. Ping-pong table (Cornilleau). Pets allowed (1 dog, 20kg maximum). Accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Great pool

The swimming pool was really nice, a good temperature with comfortable poolside furniture. Thanks to the high hedge, it felt quite sheltered from the main road next to the house. The house was clean but lacking in character and very dated so we tried to spend most of our day outside. The outside dining terrace was pleasant. Be aware that you are required to bring your own bed linen, which is not typical practice for English people. Some general information on wifi access, bins and local interest would be helpful.

Onze ontvangst door het conciërgekoppel was uitstekend. Ze namen de tijd om alles nog een laatste keer te controleren en gaven een duidelijke uitleg, waardoor we meteen een goed gevoel hadden bij onze aankomst.Het huis zelf was werkelijk top: ruim, kraaknet en van alle comfort voorzien. De airconditioning in de slaapkamers was een enorme meerwaarde, zeker tijdens warme dagen. Zowel de keuken als de gezellige buiteneettafel waren heerlijke plekken om te genieten van het ontbijt en het avondeten.Onze kinderen hebben zich uren geamuseerd in het zwembad, en eerlijk gezegd hebben wij er evenveel van genoten. Het is lang geleden dat we zo ontspannen van een vakantie zijn teruggekeerd.Er zijn hier en daar enkele kleine gebruikssporen, maar we zijn ervan overtuigd dat de eigenaar daar snel aandacht aan zal besteden. Dat doet absoluut niets af aan de kwaliteit van deze accommodatie.Kortom: een fantastisch verblijf dat we met veel plezier aanbevelen.

Agréable

Villa très agréable et avons passé un très bon séjour par contre un petit rafraîchissement et rajeunissement de la maison sont à envisager le jardin pas tout à fait clos attention à nos amis à quatre pattes….. piscine parfaite et très bons aménagements extérieurs ! Très bon accueil de Frédéric ! Un conseil gardez le !

Vacances en Ardèche

Chaque année nous venons en Ardèche mais ce séjour restera le meilleur. Le logement top, environnement ideal. Merci on repart triste mais les batteries rechargées.
