What a fantastic stay in an outstanding location we had a total of three couples with us and enjoyed a full week vacation we had to extend due to weather in the northern states and that process was quite simple. Really enjoyed staying here first class

Pure paradise! The photos online don’t do it justice. Beautiful, clean property, excellent location and possibly the best view in Long Bay. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was perfect, with an amazing view! All the accommodations were great, very clean and well appointed kitchen. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms were great, and we appreciated the generator when the power went out.

This is a great spot with amazing views. The drive up to the house is amazingly steep, but that is common on Tortola. The pool was great, and we appreciated the fact that they have expanded the deck so it was bigger than in the photos. The hosts provided some beach chairs, an umbrella, sun screen and a little bug spray, which was sometimes needed for mosquitoes. Beds were comfortable, kitchen fairly well equipped. We had a fine time there with our family.

This property is a dream! Property manager was delightfully accommodating, helpful in every way! The view is magical, the house was spotless. We rent many rentals and by far this exceeds in all. Well done and thank you for a wonderful experience.

The views from the property are absolutely breathtaking! Sharlene & Pinky at Villas of Tortola were so responsive and welcoming. Pinky met us at our car rental and drove us to the property - be sure to have an SUV because the roads are very hilly. The house is so well decorated, cozy & inviting. Truly a slice of heaven on earth!

Incredible stay!

The house is so beautiful and well maintained, all the bedrooms are outstanding in quality, and the house has everything you could possibly need for the beach or a night in. 10/10, this is THE place to stay on Tortola. Cant wait to come back!

Beautiful view, nice property, washer and dryer on main level was greatCheck in was not a smooth process at all.
A deck was added on. In older photos, the pool appeared as infinity type; this is not the case. The pool area currently has much more shade than shown in previous photos; pool water is very cold

Wesley -- I hate that you had this experience, as this is something that I have never heard before! I am at the property now, the property faces north, the sun comes across the property from east to west. We have recently expanded the dock, so the sun hits the sunbathing chairs fairly early. Ironically, the pool temperature will be a bit cooler after cleaning, as to prevent it from warming up from sunlight. However, I just felt the water, and it is cool at best, not cold (at all). However, it is breezy and cloudy here on Tortola this morning, a rare morning for a long sleeve shirt. Very sorry that you had this experience -- However, I can assure readers that sun is readily available (except days like this) and we monitor the pool temperature. I sincerely apologize if it was not the right temperature for you.

Paradise Visited

Coastin Along is right out of the 'House Beautiful' style magazines - beautiful setting, tastefully decorated, well appointed, pool, porches overlooking the islands. It was perfect for 2 grandparents in the pool house while grandchildren ( age 7 and 9 ) and parent stayed in the main house. Nearby restaurant 'Tropical Fusion' is excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely villa with spectacular views!

Located on the hill overlooking Long Bay, this villa had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. We especially loved the spectacular deck with its comfortable furniture for coffee/breakfast in the morning, cocktails in the evening, and stargazing at night. The pool was refreshing after a day at one of the north shore beaches. Great location for an easy drive to Smugglers Cove, Long Bay and Cane Garden. Don’t hesitate to book this villa!

You can't get better views/been doing this for decades

Check in process and communication w property management was top notch. You will not find better views I promise. Water is a delight but we already knew that. This villa is a 10/10

Love this place!

Our family stayed at Coastin Along in July. We have two adult kids and we all had a great time visiting Tortola. Right from the booking, Sam and Louisa were so helpful with emails about suggested boat charters and ferry information for island hopping. We rented a Jeep and upon arrival to the airport Sam was there to meet us which was awesome. Louisa met us and led us to the property and that was so helpful. We loved being able to order groceries to the house and ventured out to dinner a couple of. nights. We all loved the terrain of Tortola and just the casual relaxed atmosphere. We will be back for sure! The view from the large porch areas and pool were just beautiful! Thanks to everyone who made our stay an unforgettable one!

The peak of paradise

Our stay at this fantastic property was nothing short of amazing! The entire process from booking through checking out was super easy. Our host lined up transportation from the airport to the front door where the fun began. The house had everything we needed for our stay and our views from the porches and pool were fabulous. My wife and I traveled with 2 other couples so everyone had their own space and the beds were very comfy. My wife and I stayed in the guest house suite and we loved the outdoor shower as well as the views out of the 3 walls of glass that surround the king size bed. We’ve traveled all over the world and this trip is definitely in our top 3 which means we will be back for sure! We hated to leave but knew we’d return and we can’t wait to do so! We give this stay a 5 star review and hope the future guests will enjoy it as much as we did.

Wonderful Property and Location

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful villa for 12 nights. What Sam, the property manager, and her staff did prior to our arrival and during our stay was fantastic. From the initial pick up at the ferry by taxi driver Eric, to the welcoming tour of the villa by Pinky and getting our grocery order stowed away, to the very accommodating people of Jerry’s Car Rental, all made this trip a memorable one. I also need to mention the house keeping that took place while we were there. Amazing. So unexpected. So, obviously, my husband and I loved the villa and the location is fantastic. So many great restaurants within a short drive. The villa is so comfortable and there are many areas for sitting and enjoying the spectacular views. Must mention that it was a bit daunting the first few times driving up and down the roads from the home in our rental car, but my husband gained confidence with every outing. And while we were there on Tortola, we started talking about returning to Coastin’ A-Long next year. Highly recommend this villa.

Coastin’ Along gives you quiet beauty. In our week, we heard very little except the breeze and the ubiquitous roosters down below. Heavenly!The pictures are accurate. Breathtaking views, stars at night. Beds are comfortable; kitchen is well stocked. The beach and several restaurants are a close drive. How gorgeous to watch a rain cloud move by out at sea leaving a rainbow in its wake!As suggested, we rented an SUV from Jerrys. They met us at the Ferry. We also pre-ordered groceries. You need an SUV as there are no taxis or uber. (Note: left side drive, steering wheel on the left). Accept the offer to follow someone to the house the first time!! The drive is steep! It was lovely to arrive with our groceries already stocked.We didn’t use the pool much--in Jan, the sun never hit it. But it is pretty and the deck furniture is comfortable. Bring Deet and wrap up everything in the kitchen! Some things to note: 1. As noted, the main part of the house is not A/C’ed. But the breeze and the fans were plenty. 2. The only first floor bathroom is in the Captain’s Quarters. Fine for us, but letting anyone with mobility issues know. 3. The living room only has seating for 4.Communication inside VRBO app was great, but the bulk of the info comes via email, and it was hit or miss. I tried not to pepper people with questions, but a simple “Got it—thanks” goes a long way, as wires were getting crossed.All in all, a delightful, peaceful stay! Highly recommend.
