NEWLY RENOVATED. This family friendly beach cottage is centrally located to restaurants, ice cream shops and beaches; two minute walk to Haigis Beach. It has A/C, open living space, full kitchen, large sunny deck, outdoor shower, children's games, beach chairs and beach toys. Enjoy the convenience of being in walking distance to many of Dennisport's south side beaches and avoid beach traffic, parking lot fees and closures. In the off season, our yearround place is ready for your enjoyment.

Overall this is a lovely beach cottage with all necessary amenities. Great access to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, mini golf and all the other Cape essentials. Communication was very helpful and just the right amount, check in and our were smooth. This is our second year staying here and we hope to return!

This was a wonderful, quaint, perfect spot for a Cape Cod vacation. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The host was so kind, helpful, and very welcoming. We would definitely recommend this spot.

Great little house that was perfect for our family of four. The proximity to Haigis Beach was incredible! We also loved the shed that was well stocked with beach chairs, beach toys an umbrella and even a small stroller to help transport those items to the beach! The location was ideal, too! Close to our favorite seafood, ice cream, coffee and mini golf spots and it also made it easy for us to venture to Wellfleet for a late afternoon/dinner trip! The host was very communicative and made it easy to access the house. The check out process was smooth, also. I would definitely recommend it and I hope we can return!

Charming cottage by the beach

Lovely two bedroom cottage in Dennis port only two blocks from the Sea Street Beach. This house was clean, fully stocked, and comfortable. Close to excellent restaurants, the best lobster rolls and bakery on the Cape.

Perfect Accommodations for Beachgoers

This property is small, but neat and clean and a stone's throw from the beach - just down the block. The beds were comfortable. The property owner was easy to reach and very accomodating to our needs. This was perfect for our stay!

I had a fantastic week-long stay in Dennis Port, MA. The property was excellent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Quaint cottage near the shore

A lovely cottage for a couple of people. Just a block to the beach and wonderful neighborhoods to walk around. Good restaurants close by. A wonderful time.

A beautiful beach getaway!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely cottage with our two children (4 and 7) and we absolutely loved it, we were all very comfortable the whole time — the space is so clean, with such thoughtful details! The kids loved playing in the cottage and we were over the moon with how close the beach is. We’re already excited for our next visit, thank you so much!!

Perfect spot, perfect weather!

We came down to the Cape for a family wedding and were lucky to secure this spot on the busy holiday weekend. Everything was as advertised- comfortable, neat and clean as could be. The owner was very accessible and flexible, both when we asked to extend our stay, and after our departure when we realized we’d left something behind. Would definitely stay again.

Girl time!

This was a little get away for me, my daughter and my granddaughter. We celebrated my daughters birthday while there. The cottage was perfect for the 3 of us and had everything we needed. The small beach at the end of the road was perfect! Beds were comfy and the outside deck with table and chairs was a great sitting place. Would definitely stay here again!
