Welcome to Surf 301 condo, proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). Being one of the best locations in Playa del Carmen, you no longer have to look further. This spacious one-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo (for 4 people), has been decorated with impeccable and artistic taste. This third-floor unit is very comfortable and quiet; it features high-quality sheets, satellite television, a balcony with a spectacular sea view, a beautiful pool, and a fully equipped kitchen. Its terrace is perfect for watching cruises in the morning while enjoying your coffee, or of course a cocktail in the afternoon while enjoying the last rays of the Caribbean sun.



This location is unbeatable! Since it has a wide beach, just a block away from the famous Fifth Avenue, the El Faro residences have one of the most desired locations in Playa del Carmen. It is not possible to be better located and have all this comfort. Everything you may need is within a 3-block radius, but of course there is much more if you venture to explore further.



This complex includes 24-hour security, daily guest service during the day, with concierge service to request taxis and tours. It has a gym, pool, and sun loungers. It is an excellent option due to its proximity to bars, restaurants, and self-service laundromats.



- Please note that "El Faro Residences" is located in a tourist area; so there may be noise, especially during holidays, as they are permitted by authorities during legal hours.



- If you rent a car, there is parking on-site for $15 USD per night (reservation required).



MONTHLY PRICE:

- Long-term rentals: More electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.

We love the location, views and the resort was spotless. The condo could use some TLC, it is showing it's wear and tear. Other VRBO's that we have rented have had better stocked kitchens but we made do. We enjoyed our trip so much we have already rebooked for next year.

Need for improvements

The Property is beautiful. The management company was very responsive to our needs. The property we rented for a month did not come with housekeeping. There were only 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, no wash clothes and 1 kitchen dish towel. Obviously with a month long stay and no housekeeping, we spent a lot of time washing our towels. It has an area rug in living room, but there is no broom, mop or vacuum. The pillows on the deck couch were covered with mold. The chairs on the deck were bent and coming unraveled. The television channels were only in Spanish. There was one chair in the living room that was so worn out you could not use it because your clothes stuck to the surface. We enjoyed our stay, beautiful view and beautiful property. It was nice but the unit was a little tired. I think if the owner of this unit did some refreshing of the amenities, it would be a very nice unit and we would recommend it to anyone.
