Sundeck Vacation Barbados Apartment #2 is on right side looking from the road

The booking and payment was done through VRBO and the rate was 45 US per night. I informed the client that aircon was not included in the rate and they had to pay an additional 20 US per night. The client booked from September 27 for 25 nights and then changed the date to 30 September. I informed the client to contact VRBO and inform them of the change of date via email but she did not inform VRBO. Client should ask VRBO for the total as she pays them and they take out fees and then pay me a week later. I did ask about paying for aircon after the arrived and was told that she already paid and they decided it was too expensive to pay. I realised it was a misunderstanding of calculated payment. Payments are done in US dollars so there is a conversion from Canadian dollars to US dollars. Payment was for 28 nights instead of 25 nights as VRBO was not informed of the change. I only noticed this error when looking into the payment section of VRBO when they were leaving. Everyone has to check and clarify their payments with VRBO as payment made to them. I did provide a broom, mop, bucket ect for cleaning and nothing was wrong with the broom. The broom was left out in the rain on the terrace for 2 days so I asked them for it. I would have to carefully inform everyone of payment for use of air-conditioning, as 45 US per night is not the rate for an apartment with aircon running 24 hours. I realise that everyone needs help with understand payment fees as charges are taken out for commission fees, booking fees, cleaning fees and conversation of Canadian dollars to US dollars which payment is made in.
