Hello, I'm Damien Rosen. I grew up in Connecticut, studied abroad in Japan, graduated from Babson College in Boston and now call Miami, Florida and Franklin, North Carolina home. My businesses touch on DMV compliance software services for auto dealers & finance companies, parking space reservation systems/devices, restaurant and hotel efficiency tools and personal safety alert devices. Ivette and I love hosting because our homes and the property surrounding them are so distinct and special that it'd be a shame to not share them with others. This is a photo of us travelling in Florence, Italy in 2017.

Creekside Hideout is truly like being in your own private oasis. Almost 4 acres of land around you. Some is sparsely filled with trees and lots of green grass while the rest is forest with walking paths. The home feels great inside and out. Looking at the stars while sitting around the creekside campfire is special. The water is always there for you to hear, look at and dip your toes (or full body) in. We provide bath towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and cooking items like oil, salt, pepper, spices, etc.

It's only minutes from the conveniences of a town like Franklin with cafes, shops, supermarkets, yoga & more while giving you the feeling of being in a private oasis. World famous hiking trails are literally steps away.
