Location! Location! 'Mavericks' offers gorgeous mountain views of the Smokies in the Sherwood Forest Resort. Situated between Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and close to all the action, but far enough away that you feel like you're in the mountains. You get the best of both worlds and convenient access to Dollywood, Great Smoky Mountain National Park, shopping, and restaurants.

This newly renovated, family-friendly vacation home features a hot tub, theater room, game room, arcade game, fireplaces (gas & electric), king beds, community outdoor pool, and more! Best of all is the LOCATION!



This Pigeon Forge cabin is a step above the rest and the private owners take great care in keeping it up to date for you and your family.

Three levels of amazing space await you and your crew! This stunning cabin is set up for fun and comfort. Whether outdoor spaces are your thing or you prefer the comforts of the indoors, we've got you covered!

Important Features:

-Quilts provided for King Beds and additional warm fleece blankets are available for your comfort!

-All TV's are Smart Roku TV's that automatically sign you out of your logins when you check out

-Each bedroom is equipped with a WHITE NOISE MACHINE for optimal sleep.

-Kitchen is very well stocked!

-Community OUTDOOR pool is typically open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend, but may remain open longer pending weather.

-We do have grill tongs and a grill brush, but please plan to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid (available for purchase nearby).

-Any smoking inside the property will result in a minimum $500 fine and assessment of deep cleaning fees required to remove smell.



The Mavericks Cabin has everything you need! Enjoy tree/mountain views and an extremely well furnished, curated experience at our cabin.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive a unique electronic code for entry, 72 hours prior to arrival



The Neighborhood:

This cabin offers convenient access to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area attractions, restaurants and shopping.



Getting Around:

The beautiful thing about this location is that it's accessible by back roads during busy summer traffic on the parkway!

Mavericks Cabin was wonderful!!

This was the BEST family cabin stay we’ve ever had!! There were things to do for my older teenagers and also my 8 year old, close to everything!! No crazy back roads to get to it. Comfy beds, great hot tub that fit my family of 5 with room to spare!! We hope to return to Mavericks again one day soon!!

We enjoyed our stay at Mavericks! Plenty of fun to be had in the cabin and 4 nicely sized bedrooms and 3 full baths. Enjoyed the hot tub and it's location on the deck. You can enjoy the solitude of the cabin but also be in the heart of PF in 5 minutes. Or it's right near the entrace parkway to head to Gatlinburg.
